TV Appearance

Huge congratulations and well done to Hugo Turley from Room 27 who was on TV recently.

Hugo and his Mom spoke to news2day about a big operation Hugo had when he was younger.

He and his Mom were very brave and we are very proud of him!

Peace Proms Choir Workshop

Before the Christmas holidays our Peace Proms Choir attended a workshop in the National Sports Arena ahead of our concert in the RDS. We will be busy practicing over the next few weeks and can’t wait to give it our all in the RDS on the 2nd of February!

Christmas Carol Service 2018

Scoil Thomáis' Christmas Carol Service recently took place in the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle. It was a beautiful service and a very special way of celebrating Christmas.

3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Class sang and took part in the service and the pupils in 1st and 2nd class came to watch and join in the singing on Wednesday, 19th of December. The service was repeated on Thursday, 20th of December with many of our parents, pupils and members of the local community in attendance.

The service ran seamlessly and we would like to thank everyone for their participation. 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th classes performed a number of lovely Christmas carols that they had prepared in school with their teachers. Thank you to the children who played musical instruments for the service as well as the pupils from Room 23 who sang 'Oh Holy Night' with their teacher, Mr Kelly. It was truly a special performance!

We would like to say a big 'thank you' to Ms O'Boyle, who co-ordinated and organised the service from start to finish.

It was a fantastic event!
