Last week, Sinéad from Young Engineers came to the school to run a LEGO workshop with all of the first classes. The children worked in pairs to make a washing machine and attached a motor to make it spin around. Some children also made motorised cars with the LEGO. Everyone focused really well and had great fun exploring how to assemble the LEGO to create their masterpieces.
