The children in room 14 were busy working in the outdoor garden. They were exploring the concept of capacity through hands-on investigation and play. Using cups, jugs, buckets and egg cups they compared how much different objects could hold. It was wonderful to see them engage in active learning in the summer sun.
3rd Class in Room 27 have been enjoying gymnastics, practising their balance, jumps and coordination. They are having lots of fun staying active!
The senior infants in room 2 have been enjoying their Gymnastics every Monday for PE. Using the mats to practice balancing and rolling skills. The vault and crash mat have been a big hit also.
