Ms O’Reilly’s 6th class recently presented their ‘Teach the Teacher’ projects showcasing a wide variety of the fantastic interests and pastimes of the boys and girls in Room 21. We learned about so many different hobbies from camogie/hurling, karate, kung fu and table tennis, to saxophone, drumming and piano, to crochet, origami and everything else in between. Room 11 have been exploring Pixel Art in the STEM room. We learned how pictures can be made using lots of tiny squares called pixels. We designed and created our own pixel art using paper and the cubes.
