Junior Infants are learning all about animals in February. Role play is a veterinary clinic where the children pretended to be vets, receptionists and customers with sick animals. For art we discussed underwater animals and created an aquarium. We are learning to use the ‘Book creator’ app on the iPads and the children had fun making animal related places like pet shops, zoos, Antarctica and farms. For construction, the children are creating farms, as we are learning all about farm animals and their babies.
