Cross Country Success

Well done to all the athletes who took part in the 3^rd outing of this year’s Fingal Athletics League in Porterstown on Tuesday, 14^th March. Once again, Scoil Thomais enjoyed some very impressive runs, with many of our runners coming in high places in their races. Particular mention goes to Junior and Cillian from the 3^rd Class boys’ team, Daniel, Conor and Jayden in 4^th Class, Aoife Byrne and both Conor Roche and Conor O’ Brien in 5^th Class. This was the last trip to Porterstown for our 6^th Class runners, and they did themselves proud – Adam Hennessy came in 3^rd place, Ellen Mc Laughlin secured a 2^nd place, and Conor Boyle raced to victory, leaving the completion lagging behind him! Well done to all and best of luck with the Finals Day in Morton Stadium, Santry on 4^th April.
